Just 1.5 hours outside Chicago, this project is set in a serene location, surrounded by rolling farmland. Paying homage to the site’s rural roots, we demolished an old barn and built a new structure inspired by its essence.

Designed for a young family of five, this 1960s home was reimagined around flow, function, and quiet warmth. We reworked the layout to create superb circulation, opened the kitchen to support serious cooking, and layered in subtle midcentury influences with enduring materials. A spa-level primary bath and adaptable dining solutions elevate daily life without tipping into excess.

Perched on the 44th floor overlooking downtown Chicago and Lake Michigan, the condo was designed as a calm retreat within the city. Heavy European influences shape the space, expressed through restrained millwork, bold stone surfaces, and a curated mix of eclectic decorative elements.

Nestled in the historic Lakeview neighborhood, this 1920s condo has been meticulously restored to honor its original character while introducing modern functionality.

A historic timber-framed warehouse is reimagined as a warm, modern loft with exposed brick and industrial bones. Thoughtful lighting, tactile materials, and layered furnishings create a calm, understated elegance. Coming in 2026.

This renovation concept for a North Shore home in Chicago was designed for a couple working in creative fields. The interiors explore modern luxury through refined millwork, bold marble, warm brass and bronze details that balance modern geometry. Coming in 2027.
