Raw industrial elements define this Lakeview condo: exposed concrete and ductwork create a strong architectural foundation. The design approach was not to soften these elements, but to balance them, allowing the raw materials to coexist with softer touches.
A thoughtful contrast of textures and color, intentional layering bring a lived-in quality and playfulness to the space.

A curved fireplace with fluted detailing anchors the room, adding depth and quiet drama.
The guest bathroom was an experiment with form and color, that turned a compact room into a truly interesting space. The geometric lines of the shower are softened by a curved vanity, a sculptural mirror, and a ghost-like sconce.
The kitchen meets the needs of its residents with economy, intention and creativity. Existing cabinet bases were repurposed and refaced with new two-tone doors and sleek hardware, creating a fresh, modern look without a full rebuild. A mix of practical quartz countertops and textured tile backsplash offers function and depth, embodying our philosophy of clean, imaginative concepts with thoughtful functionality.
This primary suite is an exercise in restraint – a space designed to be memorable yet entirely neutral. Inspired by the quiet luxury of a Scandinavian spa, the palette leans into warm, layered textures.
