Timber Loft Renovation
Once a century-old timber-framed warehouse, this urban loft carries its history in exposed beams and brick. Our work focused on giving the 2016 conversion a fresh, personal touch that reflects our client’s love of hosting and appreciation for natural, tactile materials.

The bathroom embraces minimalism through tonal stone surfaces, thoughtful lighting, and a paired down vanity. We created a calm geometry for a modern spa feel.
The original loft features remain at the heart of the design, now complemented by upgraded insulation and soundproofing to bring modern comfort to the new resident and the neighbors.
The palette is neutral, but far from predictable. No two accent pieces are the same. Each item speaks to the next without matching, giving the home a sense of individuality.
