How do you price your services?

We charge $350 for consultations and offer free proposals based on your project needs.

How long does design development take for a construction project?

A typical design concept & a set of drawings take around 6-10 weeks. Each construction project is unique, all timelines are established individually.

How long does a home furnishing/ decorating project take?

Your project timeline will be determined by your furniture and décor preferences. Custom pieces and vintage restorations require longer lead times, while in-stock items allow for a quicker turnaround. Generally, a furnishing project can be completed within 4-7 weeks from start to finish, extending to 7+ weeks when incorporating bespoke pieces.
